Ten calendar days is one week and three days, so the date lands three weekdays after today: a Monday gives a Thursday, a Friday gives the Monday after next.
Refunds, transfers and paperwork are often promised “within 10 business days”. Business days skip Saturdays and Sundays, so 10 business days is two full working weeks: 14 calendar days when you start on a Monday and no holiday gets in the way.
