Conversion of St. Paul, January 25
Saul of Tarsus, a zealous persecutor of Christians, was struck down by a vision of the risen Christ on the road to Damascus. Baptized as Paul, he carried the Gospel across the Greek world. The feast closes the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity.
On the General Roman Calendar, January 25 is a feast: The Conversion of Saint Paul the Apostle.
