St. Sharbel Makhlouf, July 24
A Maronite monk of Lebanon, Sharbel (1828-1898) spent his last 23 years as a hermit in the mountains above Annaya. After his death, light was seen over his grave and his body was found intact. He is one of the most loved saints of Lebanon.
